Michael is a native Texan and longtime Houstonian. After graduating from Texas A&M in 1984 with a degree in Finance, Michael worked for Kingwood Bank until it was acquired in 1995. In 1996 he helped a local entrepreneur launch the plans for a local hotel project at the entrance to Kingwood. Michael obtained his Texas Real Estate Sales license in 1998 and joined Keller Williams Realty Northeast. Soon, Michael was tabbed as the Team Leader for the office and moved up in 2006 to the position of General Manager for 3 north Houston area KW offices (Northeast, Spring, and The Woodlands). In 2012 Michael moved back as the Sr. Team Leader of the Northeast office and became the broker soon after. In 2018, Michael moved into the position of Broker & Operating Principal. He also is the Broker of Record for the KW Professionals office in Spring and is an investor there also.

Michael and his wife Laura have two adult sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law. They enjoying traveling, supporting A&M athletics events, Houston theater productions and the newest restaurants.
